Katherine Rosenstein

With over 25 years in the helping professions, I bring a deep respect for the inner wisdom and resilience that live within each person. I believe healing is not something we acquire from the outside, but something we remember and reclaim from within. My role is to support individuals in slowing down, listening deeply, and cultivating awareness so life experiences can be gently processed and lived with greater presence and authenticity.

I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma, life transitions, or long periods of disconnection from their bodies and inner knowing. My work is holistic and honors the whole person — body, mind, heart, and spirit. As a yoga therapist and somatic psychotherapist, I support clients in reconnecting with their nervous systems, intuition, and innate capacity for self-regulation.

Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry, clients often rediscover a sense of safety, clarity, and aliveness. This work supports not only the healing of old wounds, but also a deeper relationship with oneself — allowing life to be met with greater ease, groundedness, and trust in one’s own inner guidance.
